Auditor Fitzpatrick recently joined @RadioDrewSTL on @RealTalk933FM to discuss his report detailing how the state needs to take steps now to proactively balance the budget before more painful cuts are needed in the future. Auditor Fitzpatrick and Drew discussed how Missouri has a spending problem not a revenue problem.

The entire U.S. Constitution with all 27 amendments is approximately 18 pages total.
The amendment legalizing marijuana in the Missouri Constitution is approximately 41 pages alone.
Our Constitution is not for sale — stop the political games. #YesOn4
🐮🚨 ENDORSEMENT ALERT 🚨🐮
Missouri Dairy has officially endorsed Amendment 4, citing the need to preserve the voice of Missouri agriculture.
Across the country, activist groups have used ballot measures to undermine the livelihoods of farmers and ranchers.
Amendment 4 will help ensure that major constitutional changes earn support from voters across the state rather than being driven by well-funded national campaigns.

Don’t be like this guy👇

A 1917 law lets Big Tech run gambling & porn servers in Missouri and pay $0 in tax. Amendment 5 ends the free ride — and gives working families over $3,000 a year. Make Big Tech pay. YES on 5.
The income tax is like a tumor in the pocketbooks of Missourians. Just like a tumor, once it is removed, you hope it never comes back. Eliminating the income tax & permanently banning it will be like eliminating the tumor & allowing Missourians to keep more of their money.
@mama_aries2 I am glad you think we have the power to do this. I wish we did. But we agree with you. We have been calling for the elimination of all state positions that have remained unfilled for more than 2 yrs.
The Auditor's report is nothing new to us. We've been advocating for cutting spending for more than 4 years. We can cut spending, but we need to pass Amendment 4 to block out-of-state billionaires from corrupting our Constitution & pass Amendment 5 to grow our state's economy.
Out-of-state leftwing billionaires shouldn’t be able to lie to Missourians and shred our constitution merely by getting STL and KC to agree to their madness. To change our constitution should be a majority of all of our congressional districts voting in favor
