Let them know you care about & love them & will defend their safety & basic human rights.❤️🌈
The "X" is really gross. I've deleted my phone app - I didn't want to see it sitting there on my phone. UGH! 🤮 Repulsive in every way ... I'm so glad I'm rarely on Twitter anymore. I don't miss it at all.
The world’s 500 richest people collectively added $852 billion to their fortunes during the first half of 2023.
That's an average of $14 million a day for each.
It's not radical to tax the rich. It's radical to allow this level of extreme wealth concentration to continue.
Corrupt, GOP-appointed Supreme Court justices shamefully ripped President Biden’s student loan relief away from millions of us.
But this isn't the end! There are other ways to ensure we get the relief we desperately need.

I can’t stop thinking about this. If half of Americans live paycheck to paycheck, that means that half of us are 1 medical bill away from financial disaster, regardless of having “insurance” provided by ACA. This system is so broken. 😰 We need #universalhealthcarenow
Doctors have no control over how they can treat their patients, whether medical interventions or drugs prescribed. People with no medical training in insurance companies determine that. It’s sick! We need to be like every other developed country & have #universalhealthcarenow 5/5
The ACA literally saved my life back in 2015, back when I still had some money. But then I ended up going bankrupt a couple years later, partly due to medical debt. Now, the ACA is fairly useless to me as my copays are so high. 1/5
Health care that is run for profit is inherently going to be severely lacking, other than for the mega wealthy. Insurance companies don’t care about our lives - they try to cut costs directly at the expense of our lives. The ACA is a small bandaid on a gaping wound. 4/5
I came across this TikTok by way of @Texas_SeoulGal. She’s an amazing friend and definitely worth a follow.
Regarding this video. It’s from a veteran with disabilities talking about the proposed budget cuts to VA benefits.
It’s emotional, it’s visceral, and it shouldn’t have to be made. As a nation we need to stand behind those that signed the line to protect our freedoms. Thank you Logan for your service!
