The WordPress Coding Standards ruleset requires every file's top comment to declare which "package" it belongs to, so that tools like phpDocumentor or IDEs can group/organize files when generating docs.

#WordPressDiary 1: The main plugin file is the entry point WP itself loads: the one file in the plugin folder whose docblock has the 𝐏𝐥𝐮𝐠𝐢𝐧 𝐍𝐚𝐦𝐞: header. WordPress scans 𝐰𝐩-𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭/𝐩𝐥𝐮𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐬/*/*.𝐩𝐡𝐩 for that header comment to discover installed plugins.
