What's a tool library?

A tool library is for tools, that people can borrow free of charge. Everything from Power tools to camping gear, depending on what they have available.

Maybe there's free stuff you can use near you?

I concluded the figure to be around 78% all told, in direct and indirect taxes.

The money you get to spend is still spent on bills that have a tax element.

If the government levied an immediate 17.5% asset tax, they would be out in the streets.
