@EpicDropsMerch Your order email responds with "use the contact form, this mailbox is not monitored". That's hard to do when your contact forms are all broken, just showing shortcodes...

@DreamHost Ticket is #8650604. Earlier response was "everything resolved, let us know if you have any issues" and then no reply to the followon for 10 hours, chat support is useless.

wow I'm totally underwhelmed by @DreamHost right now. Customer's cloud computer has been down 4 hours, no reply on a ticket, chat support said they were aware of the issue and would reply on the ticket, and status page says nothing's wrong!
