🚨 WRAL and just lied to us as they try to swing judicial races to Democrats!!

They claim a Republican bill lets the NC Chief Justice suspend any judge “without pay” and “without any finding of wrongdoing.”

**That’s deliberate deception.**

Here’s what they buried:

✅ The judge must ALREADY be under Judicial Standards Commission investigation

✅ The Commission must RECOMMEND the suspension

✅ There MUST be a finding of “immediate and irreparable injury” to the public or the justice system

✅ Due process is required

✅ It’s TEMPORARY — if the case fails, the judge is back on the bench with full back pay

This is not “unchecked power.”

This is basic protection against rogue judges while investigations play out.

Gov. Stein is vetoing Judicial accountability.
