I'm pretty sure there is so much more, please drop some more examples of gaslighting vs.respectful phrases so that we all learn and know what it really is..

It is not healthy to always be someone's soundboard for pain ,anger,and trauma.

These are traumatic bonds,once you you outgrown them it will trigger those people to feel abandoned,angry ,resentful and spiteful.

No one is entitled to your healing energy,protect your space.

Jealousy/Envy can also manifest itself when a "friend" constantly reminds you of you're past life or when they take silly pictures of you while having fun and post them.

Pay 🤔attention to how they introduce you to other people, do they share good attributes or nonsense☝🏾.
