I’ll always remember during the Conor Mcgregor trial going to a tweet supporting him with a large following & giving facts about the case, of course got tons of abuse from Mcrapists supporters, the usual stuff but what stood out to me was the amount of them calling me stupid & saying I didn’t know what I was talking about, hundreds of them all telling me I was clueless/stupid especially about the part his friend played,

well of course when the verdict came out everything I had said was spot on especially about the friend and of course not one of these people online came to me to admit they were wrong 😂😂 despite saying I was the clueless one 😂😂
It really brought home how many people here all congregate in packs with the same agenda and absolutely no desire to be educated or hear the truth. They just rant and attack and spew lies together in packs. There’s 0 critical thinking or educating or understanding they are wrong. Like trying to get through to a bunch of brick walls 😂😂
It’s just slightly scary that social media has either made ppl like that or made it worse. Where they all just double down on incorrect information and attack anyone trying to give them facts, not my opinions but actual facts from the case

I have thought more about this. It is shocking and painfully symbolic that this photograph, which could’ve been lifted from 1968 in Birmingham, Alabama, happened on our nation’s 250th anniversary. And it happened because of the open embrace of racism by the Trump administration.
