@nxcare Yeaaaaah. Ok. It stopped 30 minutes later at Victoria. I'm a loyal customer of over 10 years and nearing 1000 journeys. You can either learn from the vast and valuable experience i have about coach travel but not tell me something unhelpful. "If" national express wants to learn.

@nxcare just some feedback for Sunday's 7.55pm 509 from Newport to London. Window seat was freezing. 0 degrees outside. Air con switched on inside. Left side of body frozen. Not enjoyable. Don't switch on air con for half hour...in cold weather. Nuts!

Why do VF lie to customers and ignore them? Absolutely find no reason why they are in business. Been with them 10+ years. VF said shove it.
