If you document the millions who are here, what prevents another 100 million of the 1 billion African people to come here, when they see that South Africa is generously documenting everyone irespective no questions asked?
The EFF has consistently maintained that all foreign nationals in South Africa must be documented. Those who oppose this position often shout the loudest without offering any understanding of how documentation can help resolve our immigration challenges.
Currently, in eThekwini, more than 5,000 Malawian nationals are being documented to facilitate their voluntary return to Malawi.
Documentation is not a threat, it is part of the solution to effective migration management, legal compliance, and the protection of human rights.
The EFF rejects both undocumented migration and xenophobic vigilantism. The solution lies in proper documentation and lawful processes to determine the legal status of individuals within our borders.
Hysteria and mob justice will never take South Africa forward.
The Department of Home Affairs on Thursday confirmed that it has processed 586 Nigerian nationals for repatriation after they were found to be residing in South Africa illegally. https://t.co/7sey997ePE

FIFA wants every player’s contract to include a fixed “buyout price” 🚨👀
𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐬:
⏺️ A club must agree a set amount of money that another club can pay to sign the player.
⏺️ If another club pays that amount, the player can leave and no long negotiations needed.
⏺️ This used to be common mainly in Spain, but now it would apply everywhere.
So basically, every player will now have a clear price tag written into their contract for transfers.
𝐄𝐱𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞:
If a player has a $100 million release clause, any club that pays $100 million can sign him/her immediately.

You are commenting like a fool, the DA minister has been in office for less than 27 months yet you credit him with the millions of illegal immigrants who have flooded our country since the early 2000's.
@Freexul dont talk kak to protect the DA doos who is allowing this to happend, pls look back, google, you will find media reports chastising ministerz, stop be8ng a DA cocksucker
No African is illegal in Africa. If you believe that an African can be illegal in Africa then you are not a revolutionary. We must reject the notion of an illegal foreigner. Africans can be undocumented but they cannot be illegal.
Motsoaledi and Mbalula were once Minister of Home Affairs nobody marched to them its not being afraid of anything, the Ministers get their mandates from the president / executive.
There are 1,5 billion people in Africa, if you remove the north African countries population who are self sufficient then you are left 1.2 billion. How many of the 1 billion are willing to accept here in SA especially coming with no direction?
@MosaRoccoII What caused that hate. The hate that Africa has for South Africa is justified, how can you kill their people & expect them to love you. Do you think all Africa is like Mandela, you kill their people & they just forgive & love you even if you are continuing to kill their people.
It is another reason that I cannot for the life of me understand or accept the comparisons of this group to Fees Must Fall.
Fees Must Fall drew global attention and admiration because it was a just cause, it drew support and replicated itself because at the core of its demand was education so that we can all better ourselves.
This rubbish of hunting people door to door and asking for passports, and stopping pregnant women at clinics asking for passports, should never be compared to Fees Must Fall. That is a disgrace.
Dear South Africa
This is to Notify you that, Due to uprising fighting against illegal foreign nationals in our country, Southern Africa Human Rights Lawyers High Commission has petitioned SADC,SACU and AU to impose the following Economic Sanctions against South Africa.
1. Targeted Financial and Asset Restrictions
• Corporate Oversight: Initiate a coordinated legal framework to review, restrict, or temporarily freeze the expansion and capital repatriation of South African multinational corporations operating within African jurisdictions.
• Escrow Mandate: Require that a designated percentage of revenues generated by JSE-listed entities operating in SADC states be placed into an independent regional trust fund.
This fund will directly compensate victims of xenophobic violence and fund cross-border legal protection programs.
2. Conditional Trade and Border Enforcement
• SACU and SADC Review: Suspend South Africa's preferential tariff benefits under the SADC Free Trade Area and the Southern African Customs Union (SACU) until
independent human rights observers verify the implementation of comprehensive,
verifiable domestic security protections for migrant workers.
• Reciprocal Border Tariffs: Apply reciprocal administrative levies on South African manufactured goods entering regional markets, offsetting the domestic economic
imbalances caused by local structural disruptions.
3. Energy and Utility Leverage Operations
• Strategic Re-evaluation: Direct regional utility partners to re-evaluate institutional
agreements—including water supply networks and regional electricity grid sharing via the
Southern African Power Pool (SAPP)—to ensure that bilateral resource agreements are
strictly contingent upon the host nation's adherence to international human rights norms.
We are been told not to retaliate even when illegal immigrants are flocking in our country or else we will be isolated as South Africans. Patriots it's either we fight or we submit it's all on us but I say we fight and never surrender our country just to appease people who don't care about their own country.
Some of the asylum seekers stories here, you will roll on the ground with laughter. One guy said he took a girlfriend of a very important person in government and it become ugly to the point that he was hunted. He skipped 6 countries from West Africa to SA.
None of the Nigerians leaving South Africa are documented… shame if only they had come to Durban all of them would’ve been verified in a few minutes and come back documented
Those people are are not Zulu's or come any close to being Zulu, those are purely Nigerians. But you wouldn't expect a European to hear the distinction.
This is Lithuania - you can't walk through a park without hearing African Zulu chants.
Lithuanian government just opened migration center in Zimbabwe to facilitate mass-inflow.
What is the benefit of importing large numbers of Zulu tribesmen to a tiny Baltic country?
As expected I already knew that most of you were going to justify what is happening in Ireland but fail to understand when South Africans says NO to illegal immigrants.
@ramalokot You are an opportunist. You don’t even understand the economic and social conditions in Glasgow. That’s why they are rioting. The immigrant crime was just an excuse. Just like the excuse SA people used to riot in 2021 in Durban. It wasn’t about the former president. POVERTY.
