A recent study found curcumin TERMINATES the “explosive diarrhea” parasite.
Curcumin reduced Cyclospora shedding by 93.5% and ELIMINATED detectable parasites in animal models.
Under an electron microscope, curcumin-treated Cyclospora oocysts were SEVERELY DAMAGED and DEFORMED.
Load a 1TB external SSD with everything you might want access to when the internet is down. Books, PDFs, how-to guides, medical references, repair manuals, homestead guides, wilderness first aid, foraging books, gardening resources, family photos, important documents, videos, entertainment. Whatever fits your life.
Then drop it in a faraday bag with a laptop or old tablet loaded with the software to read it.
A few things worth knowing:
Cross platform compatible SSDs work on Mac, PC, and phones with the right adapter. Set it up once and it works across whatever device survives.
A 1TB drive holds tens of thousands of books in PDF format, hundreds of hours of video, and still leaves room for family photos and documents.
Project Gutenberg has thousands of free public domain books. Kiwix lets you download entire offline versions of Wikipedia, Khan Academy, medical references, and more. Both are goldmines for building a knowledge library.
Faraday protection matters if you're worried about EMP or targeted electromagnetic interference. Just make sure the bag actually blocks signal (test it by putting a phone inside and calling it).
Store the SSD in a cool dry spot in the faraday bag. SSDs are more durable than hard drives but they still don't love extreme heat or humidity long term.
A backup brain in a bag. Cheap insurance for a scenario where the internet you rely on daily isn't there.
Landon Donovan says America is missing soccer talent because kids can’t afford to play.
“Only 2% of kids playing organized soccer in America came from households that made less than $50,000.”
“If you don’t make $50,000, your kid cannot play organized soccer.”
“Think about how many kids you’re missing out on in this country because they can’t afford to play the game.”
“There is zero chance I could have played club soccer.”
“My mom made $34,000 a year, single mom raising three kids.”
“She couldn’t pay $4,000 for me to play club. Are you kidding? She couldn’t pay $400.”
“That’s not a good system to create good players.”

X is paying 6% on deposits it can park risk-free at about 4.5%. That 1.5-point gap is the cheapest customer-acquisition channel in fintech history.
Run it on a $10,000 balance. The spread X hands back is roughly $150 a year to own that deposit. SoFi pays around $350 to acquire one banking customer once you stack the referral bonus and the direct-deposit incentive. Chime's lands under $100, and that buys a paycheck-to-paycheck user it has to upsell into loans to earn anything. X is picking up a primary banking relationship for ~$150 a year, from a user it already reaches for free.
Legacy banks run the opposite trade. They pay you under 1%, earn about 4.5% on your money, and pocket the difference. US banks pulled roughly $485B a year out of that gap. No bank will ever invert it, because the spread is the only product it sells.
X can invert it for one reason. The deposit is a wedge into your financial life, and the wedge is worth more than the spread. Once your paycheck, your card, and your P2P transfers live inside the app, lifetime value stops being 1.5% of a balance. It turns into interchange on every swipe, Premium upgrades, creator payouts, the marketplace, and ads served to a logged-in financial user. The 6% buys the relationship. Everything downstream pays for it.
The $10M FDIC number runs on a cash sweep. Your balance gets parceled across 40+ partner banks, each holding under the $250K federal ceiling, with Cross River as the anchor. Fidelity and Mercury have used this exact plumbing for years. Elon is the first to bolt it onto a feed with 600 million people already on it.
That distribution is the whole game. Every neobank spent a decade and hundreds of millions buying an audience. X started with one and is renting it back to itself for 1.5 points a year.
Big Pharma wants you believe Alzheimer’s is incurable, but one brain surgeon is naming three substances that fight Alzheimer’s WITHOUT the side effects.
#1 is Curcumin, which increases mitochondrial function and reduces the inflammatory chemicals that trigger Alzheimer’s.
#2 is DHA (from omega-3 fats) - “DHA removes almost all the amyloid from brains.”
#3 is EGCG (from green tea) - ECGC has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects that counter neurodegenerative processes.
Dr. Russel Blaylock says these substances are ignored by mainstream medicine—not because they don’t work, but because pharmaceutical companies “couldn’t make a profit off it.”
So, research and promotion are abandoned.
If effective treatments can be buried, what else aren’t we being told about Alzheimer’s disease?
Andrew Huberman’s sleep cocktail is a game changer.
Magnesium threonate + Apigenin + Theanine.
He says this combo shuts down racing thoughts, calms anxiety, and helps you fall asleep fast, all backed by solid science.
I’ve been using it myself and it actually works. Deeper sleep, no grogginess the next day.
When you’re wired from screens and stress, a simple, effective tool like this can seriously improve your recovery and energy.
Tried this stack yet, or what’s your go-to for better sleep?
They changed the entire rules of the stock market specifically for Elon Musk's SpaceX IPO...
This is what they aren't telling you... and how it could cause the greatest collapse we've ever seen.
A girl makes $9,000 a month from faceless kids videos on her phone
She finds a viral kids song and opens up the lyrics in the description.
Copies them into ChatGPT and asks it for a similar song.
Out comes a whole fresh set of verses in seconds.
Then she drops a prompt into Picsart and Sora 2 Pro builds the clip.
The prompt is just one line about a kids show for Shorts.
A few minutes later there's a bright cartoon with dancing letters and characters.
No laptop, no camera, the entire thing happens on her phone.
Kids content has some of the highest CPMs and parents loop it nonstop.
One channel pulling a few million views a month is what gets her to $9,000.
Save this before every faceless kids channel starts getting made poolside.
Two Bulgarian friends killed the entire streaming industry.
It's called Stremio + Torrentio. You get 4K content from Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and HBO Max combined for free.
Here's how it works.
Stremio is the player. Clean interface. Works on Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS, and TV. You install it once and it looks like any other streaming app.
Torrentio is the addon. You add it to Stremio in one click. It scrapes content from every major torrent provider on the internet simultaneously and delivers the best available stream directly to your player. 720p, 1080p, 4K. You pick the quality. It finds the link.
→ No account required
→ No subscription
→ Works on every device
→ 4K and HDR supported
→ Subtitles built in
Netflix cannot shut this down. There is no central server to seize. No company to pressure. No domain to kill. It runs on your device and pulls from the open internet.
The entire streaming industry is built on one assumption. That you will keep paying $70/month rather than spend 5 minutes on GitHub.
That assumption just died in Sofia, Bulgaria.
