Monday #mentalhealth motivation… don’t try to figure life out or why things happen…just live life in the moment. If we try to figure things out we don’t have the answer for it can consume us and send us down a rabbit hole. Don’t obsess about the “why” obsess about “doing” and taking control of only the things you can control
