do you ever read a book in a single day and stretch lazily with the finished novel dangling from one hand and think about how the author took 3+ years to write it and probably cried blood over rewriting the same sentence over and over and you just READ IT ALL IN ONE GO YOU--

A bit of writing advice I love: sometimes you've got to let yourself write badly. Writing that really ugly zero draft is part of the process; you can't fix what doesn't even exist. Lose the perfectionist mindset, and just allow yourself to be creative. It's worthwhile.😊#amwritng
