@HomeDepot I spent over $100,000 at Home Depot in the last 12 months. Never shopping at HD again. They have provided zero support for warranties and services. Lowes staff may no nothing about their products but at least the warranty repair team steps up when needed.

@RYOBItoolsusa Ryobi products are terrible but their warranties are worse. Never buy their outdoor tools unless you just want to look at them sit uselessly in your garage.

Don’t ever buy @RYOBItoolsusa lawn equipment. Spent over $3000 on a riding mower. It broke down under warranty. I’ve been waiting for 13 months for their repair shop to schedule me. I must have $10,000 in @RYOBItoolsusa tools but if you can’t honor your warranty, I’m out!
