If <50% of the folks throw their gun at him, he'll use them to shoot each that did. If >50% of the folks throw their gun at him, he'll be crushed. If nobody throws their gun, he does nothing.

Nice to finally be out of winter. It doesn't get outrageously cold here necessarily, but the winter is generally very gloomy. Spring here, however, at least makes the wait worth it. Always such a breath of fresh air.

Had to find the factory settings online, and rebuild the configuration from scratch. It didn't even know what pads the radio or video transmitter were attached to. Bizarre. Got it all working again (and make a backup in case it happens again), but I have no idea what caused it.

Had a weird scare with my Firefly 18 drone, today. The video feed was fine and my radio was getting telemetry, but the drone was totally unresponsive. Took it back and plugged it into betaflight, only to find that -all- of the settings / config had been wiped. Everything.

Fun flight from today. I've been flying for about 2 weeks, now. Getting more confident, but I still have a ton to learn. Sure is a lot of fun to try to fly through tight spaces, though!

The actual drone arrived today. It's so tiny! The real thing behaves quite a bit differently than the sim. Definitely have to re-learn a lot, but I'm picking it back up. Lots of small crashes, but no damage. Haven't figured out how to get my goggles to record yet, though. XD

Today I'm getting started with learning how to fly small FPV drones. Just practicing in the simulator for now, but I'm pleased with how quickly I'm progressing so far. I've gone from doing this little "fly through the balloons" obstacle course in 4+ minutes, down to ~48 seconds.

It really is a lot easier than it looks. Honestly the hardest part is figuring out what components to buy in the first place, to make sure you're getting good bang for your buck, compatibility, etc. Make well-informed purchases, and assembly will really be the easy part.
