@CondorCares You've denied my cancelled flight compensation claim. Since when is "damaged aircraft" not covered by EU261? I've read into the regulations and most technical problems are due to lack or poor maintenance. This is unacceptable and I demand compensation for my 2+ delay!!

@Condor DE2403 YYZ -> FRA Feb 22 cancelled due to technical problem. Had to stay the night in the airport, no hotel room, no compensation. Hotel rooms in YYZ terminal cost $400CAD, how can this be?!
