As we look today for opportunities to allocate our capital across multiple countries, I can tell you, I’m proud to say that Nigeria stands as one of the countries attracting more capital than most. And that, to me, is a result of what your (President Tinubu) leadership brings.

NIGERIA SET TO RETURN TO FTSE RUSSELL FRONTIER MARKET STATUS
Global index provider FTSE Russell is set to proceed with Nigeria’s reclassification from “Unclassified” to “Frontier Market” status, with implementation scheduled for September 21, 2026.
Nigeria was removed from the Frontier Market category in September 2023 after international investors faced persistent difficulties accessing foreign exchange and repatriating capital. FTSE Russell has since acknowledged that FX queues have been cleared and international institutional investors are no longer experiencing material delays in repatriating capital from Nigeria.
The planned return had been placed under further review in June following Nigeria’s transition to a T+1 settlement cycle. Following clarification by the Securities and Exchange Commission that foreign investors are not required to prefund trades, the reclassification is now expected to proceed as scheduled.
Nigeria’s return to the FTSE Frontier indices is another important signal of improved FX market functioning, stronger market accessibility and renewed international investor confidence in the Nigerian economy.
Nigeria is returning to global investment benchmarks.
Thank you, Mr President @officialABAT
@OfficialAzzaki Am waiting for your best comment against the Tinubu led Government.
Everyone wants Tinubu reserves right now to squander including the Obidients...!!! 😂😅😹
BREAKING: Nigeria just smashed a 17-year record. 🇳🇬🔥
Foreign reserves have crossed $53 billion for the first time since 2009 — now sitting at $53.11 billion.
That’s the strongest dollar buffer Nigeria 🇳🇬 has held in more than a generation.
I have been called names because of what I said about my former vice president. Those things that I have said about Atiku Abubakar, I stand firmly by them because, to my knowledge, they are true.

and Tinubu ended the crisis with "Subsidy is gone"
With that pronouncement Tinubu ended Nigerians endless suffering of sleeping in fuel stations to get fuel...
In 24 years before Tinubu became President... Nigerians suffer 20 major fuel scarcity nationwide....Not scarcity in selected Cities but nationwide...
Amidst these sufferings... The previous leaders spent over $150 billion ( over N200 trillion today) to subsidize fuel in 24 years...
Most of these monies ended in the bank account of those advocating for return of fuel Subsidy today...
Most of these subsidize fuel ended in Cameroon, Benin, Niger, Chad, Burkina Faso, Togo and others ...while helpless Nigerians spend many night vigils at fuel station...
In these period over 20 million Nigerians dropped out of school because there was no NELFUND...
states like Osun and kogi started paying half Salary...
Many stopped paying altogether....
Nigeria grew to become the global poverty headquarters...
it lost control of security as terrorism eat the North and South East....
The refineries were abandoned for almost 30 years...
Universities were without electricity...so were hospitals all being fixed by Tinubu...
Medical universities were scarce... Tinubu has approved 8 more...
none of the previous leaders commission a major highway in 24 years....
It was a period of holocaust that Nigeria won't go back to .... for those positioning to steal Nigeria to stupor in the name of subsidy....
They will never near the seat of power again.
I should leave Tinubu that make sure 4 year course is 4 years course and vote for someone that under him and his boss the ASUU went on strike for 18 good months.
I should leave Tinubu that introduce first of its kind students loan with 0% interest and vote for someone who did not build a single classroom when he was the governor or someone who has said repeatedly that the nelfund is a scam?

What do guys call woke for children born in Nigeria...?
A news flash about criticism of too much politics in the news every morning...???
Nigerians think they know too much. That’s a major problem.
Children have fun plays in water parks all over the world. But in Nigeria it is called backwardness by “woke Nigerians” because the water park was built by someone they don’t like.
