In response male students in the hallway afterwards felt the need to point out that women were a liability for maternity leave, and unhirable.

@LouiseGrimmer Our team used to be on one a few years ago and it was impossible. You can't teach online classes, you can't really consult with students, and every conversation in the room can be broadcast in classes, meetings, the works. I'm really disappointed this is being done again.
