@IdoWolf1 בתור רופא ריאות, כל חולה עם ממצא ריאתי שמגיע אליי, אני שואל אם הוא רוצה לראות ומראה. כשעושים את זה לפני אבחנה זה הרבה יותר בנחת ונכון גם לפני ביופסיה.
לדעתי, אם צריך שאונקולוג יתעסק בזה אחרי אבחנה אז משהו לא היה הכי תקין בדרך…

מהתחלה השאלה הייתה על מה להסתכל כשבאים להעריך סטודנט להתמחות- לא לחייב אף אחד אלא לתמוך בזה.
ברור שהאדם עצמו, הידע והתפקוד שלו בתור רופא (בזמן רוטציה או אחר) אלו הדברים הראשונים והמשמעותיים.

בדיוק בגלל שרק בסוף הדרך יש אפשרות - זו הסיבה להכניס את זה מוקדם. לא סתם חלק מהפקולטות מכניסות את זה בתואר.
זו הדרך להיחשף מוקדם לאוכלוסיות שצורכות את רוב שירותי הבריאות ולא רק ממקום של נותן שירות כרופא, זה מוריד את הסטיגמה ומלמד על הפערים האמיתיים.

@Danabf7 @IdoWolf1 מה הקשר לילדי שמנת? כשאתה בא להתקבל להתמחות אתה נמדד מול אחרים שעברו את אותם מבחנים.
עשייה חברתית משמעותית בתור רופא לעתיד משפיעה גם על מי שלוקח חלק ומראה על צד שלא קיים באיזה מחקר שולי.
אין שום קשר בין המבחנים באוניברסיטה לכל יכולת בהתמחות, פשוט כלום. כך גם לציונים, נתק מוחלט.

אבל בנוגע להתנדבות - למה מיותר? לא צריך עשר אבל בתור מי שהיה חלק מעמותה שהוקמה על ידי סטודנטים לרפואה ועסקה בהתנדבות של סטודנטים- הדבר כמעט לא קיים בארץ. שום תרבות של עשייה חברתית בהקשר של רפואה. לצערי אף אחד גם לא מסתכל על זה בקבלה להתמחות.

האנשים מסביבי שעוזבים פשוט לא רואים את המדינה כמקום טוב/בטוח לילדים שלהם. בגלל שיש אופציות לא רעות בחול, אז יותר ״קל״ להם לעזוב.
אני מסכים שאי אפשר לחייב אבל משהו חייב להשתנות - בייחוד אחרי תת התמחות, שם התחרות להתקבל מאד קשה.

We just published the first report ever on ILD in Israel. Although Israel is very small, we found large variability in IPF prevalence between central Israel (24%) and the periphery (53%!). We highlight the need for personalized assessment based on local frequencies and exposures.
