@virginmedia No text or email despite being told they would send out a confirmation message. Finally got through to someone this evening and was told that a engineer has been booked for next week (nearly two weeks after receiving our box and having no wifi) but again no email or text received

@virginmedia spoke to someone from virgin media on Friday about my broadband not working on set up. I was offered an engineers visit today between 12pm-6pm, no one turned up and now I can’t get through on the phone??? As a new customer this is unacceptable and very unhelpful!
