It’s #DyspraxiaAwarenessWeek. 💛

It is estimated that 1 in 10 people are dyspraxic, though many will not know that they are. It is part of neurodiversity, though it may also be diagnosed as ‘Developmental Coordination Disorder’. Not everyone with dyspraxia presents with the same challenges - for example an individual might not have any differences in their speech, or they may struggle with fine motor skills but not with gross motor skills. 🌈

@BenClaimant I have applied for PIP for M.E. - I am also a carer for my disabled son, this takes every last ounce of energy. I wonder if carers will count or if I will need to work and give up caring for him, in which case I'd be paying someone to do what I'm already doing.

I can do a little and then the fatigue takes over. I'd love to work but would need to be fully flexible, homebased and maximum 2 hours a day. I'm yet to find that job.
