Two months ago, I asked Kash Patel if he had met with any of the women who were abused by Jeffrey Epstein. He wouldn’t answer.
Why? Because it’s all been one giant cover up — but today, we get one step closer to uncovering the whole truth.
Feelings are not punishable. Each zone is just a signal—a way for our body to say, “I need something.” The goal isn’t to avoid the blue, yellow, or red zones. The goal is to recognize them… and learn how to move through them with the right support. https://t.co/RHfctOTSxT
I am so confused about this.. I have gotten so many rape and death threats on this website, and even went to the police about particularly serious ones years ago, and they said there was nothing they could do about threats. Are threats only illegal if they’re at corporations?
so they can give a woman 15 years in prison for WORDS against a corporation but when men stalk and verbally harass and threaten women there’s “nothing they can do about it until he actually attacks you”

@BeardedCandles Hi :). Can I check if you still make the Book Lovers Collection? Always really loved Elder Wands + Phoenix Feathers and The Shire! Looking forward to trying the Christmas scents either way :)
When we teach our children that they must follow any rule an adult puts in place, no matter what, we make them vulnerable. When we teach them that they have no real voice, we make them vulnerable. When we tell them them have no right to ask why, or to explain themselves, we make them vulnerable.
We might think that we are keeping them safe, that we are putting boundaries in place, but, particularly as they get older, obedience without thought makes them vulnerable.
Not all adults have their interests at heart, even those in authority over them. A child who has been taught that adults always know best is convenient for those around them. ‘Easy to manage’ and biddable. Instant obedience can be trained, and makes an institution run smoothly. Children learn that there’s no point in disagreeing.
But children who have learnt to do what they are told, no matter what, are easier to exploit. Children who have not been allowed to question adults won’t suddenly start when things aren’t right.
As one young person said to me ‘I didn’t think I could say no’. When we take away agency from children, we make them vulnerable.
Saying No is important, and if we don’t show them that they can, how will they ever know?
If you want to know how you can consider the needs of children, ask them questions.
“Is there anyway I can do to support you”
“What is something you wish I did/do differently”
“What is your favorite experiences & places”
“When do you feel your best”
