Literally all my marketing advice is tell a good story and make pretty pictures to go with it. 🤷‍♀️ How you do that is up to interpretation and implementation.

In a large scope, you're just trying different channels. Most likely if you're a professional in you're field you've identified at least one proven channel. Maybe it's a platform called "X". Now you can expand your channel into different social media platforms. Now you're on YouTube and Instagram but each platform runs a little different and keeping up with trends is key to virality.

Social media is just one piece of the puzzle, especially if we're trying to establish long term careers and fandoms. Now you need to strategically plan collaborations, events, and merch to expand your audience and brand value.

And we all know even down to every minute detail of your product: it's contents, it's packaging, pricing, and delivery speed is an experience and story to tell and that's a lot to keep up with.

Now that we have all these variables, we need to make sure we're tracking ROI and KPIs to make sure our investments have been paying off in these different channels.

It's a lot, which is why I made a marketing company to help creators and businesses do all of this.

I was scared to post this, for fear of losing followers or what the comments might say… but I know little me would be so happy to see that we’re still playing dress up and learning how to express ourselves without fear of judgment every day. Me posting this is my attempt to free myself from the idea that we’re no longer attractive, sexy, or worthy of self expression or joy after 30. I know it’s difficult to fight the narrative that you’ll start aging out, whether it’s with your looks, your hobbies, or your ability to dress how you want. I’ll still struggle with this myself, but I’ll continue to fight against it, and I hope you do too. Everyone deserves to express who they are, at any age! If posting this helps even one person feel a little less afraid to age, then I’m so, so happy, and it was more than worth posting. 🖤
