@AmazonHelp Yeah but I was half way through the episode, paused it walked away 5mins max and came back to it taken off and unable to watch it! You can’t make me pay to watch the end of an episode that I’ve already started! If when it’s started it was on prime I should be able to finish it!

@ChickenCaoimh @O2 Other than paying stupid amouts of roaming fees or cancelling his contract and neither option is possible. No one from the call center understood and we spent hours on the phone one lady hung up on us because it hit 5pm on a Friday!

@ChickenCaoimh @O2 O2 have failed to inform any of the customers this is happening, my boyfriend has 2 days until he starts getting charged and we live and work in Greece and have been for 4 years and O2 told him when he got his contract he’d be fine! He’s now backed into a corner and no solution

@Cheryl_Prime @O2 This exact same thing happened to my boyfriend yesterday! He rung O2 straight up and the only options he got is pay off his contract £450 or pay the charges effectively £120 in roaming neither of which is a sensible option. They were no help at all just backed him into a corner
