There is a very simple rule for winning playoff baseball in 2020: outhomer your opponent. Teams that hit the most home runs in a game are now 18-0 this postseason.
This team can't be stopped I mean it's as simple as that. The dugout reactions tell you all you need to know. Everyone is engaged and everyone is cheering. #FriarFaithful like @DonOrsillo said earlier, "old school baseball is no more!" π΄βοΈπβΎβ€οΈπ
@Taylor_Spener Padre fans are that delusional to think Tatis is better than Corey, itβs only Tatis 2nd year in the bigs and you guys act like heβs gonna be in the hall of fame.
@SportsRyan1@rich_roberts That was the best part. π§ Laguna. Yep, checks out. Definitely an accurate evaluation of SD taking place. π So dumb. All beach towns are the same?
@matilackisback The thing is it doesn't really matter what we think. The players know they can and who's gonna stop them? I mean haters gonna hate but there's something different about that clubhouse and shoooot may the best team win. π€·πΎββοΈ They can pick themselves up, how do you shut that down?
@mickeykoke The lack of empathy for the humanity of people in all experiences, jobs, roles, circumstances is a mental illness in itself. I feel sorry for skip for not being able to feel empathy like a good human. He needs to seek help to be a better leader, friend, and role model himself.
@mickeykoke 100000% agree. It's clear that Skip sees Dak (and all athletes) as commodities to be dehumanized and capitalized. The fact that Skip shows more concern for how this disclosure could impact the cowboys franchise and not directly about shows precisely how sociopathic Skip is.
