Good morning all.
I am Allison… Lead Actor, Writer, Director & Producer/Executive Producer of The Boy Who Gave.

It’s been almost 3 weeks since the release of my debut feature in cinemas nationwide and I want to take a moment to extend my gratitude to everyone who’s shown me support by watching.

It’s been all over the TL that a producer without a fanbase should never attempt taking a movie to cinemas but you showed up for me regardless. Horrible showtimes, but you came out to watch and show support regardless… I am grateful.

10 days since my first movie got released and it’s been one of the most talked about movies this year.

A lot of people still haven’t watched because they do not believe that someone could excellently write, produce, direct and play the lead at the same time, in a movie at 23.

Well, this appreciation goes to God and the believers. The ones who believed in a young boy’s dreams enough to come out and watch his film. The ones who loved it and have been talking about it. The ones who have shown support in any form, I’m so grateful. Thank you 🙏

Despite the terrible showtimes, despite cinemas refusing to show the film, etc. we are still moving strong.
Thank you God for keeping your word.

Yesterday, May 19th, in Abuja, I attended the Presidential screening organised by our party, which took over two and a half hours. They carefully reviewed all my documents, including my degree certificates, NYSC credentials, and age declarations.

During the process, I also addressed questions regarding my vision for a new Nigeria and the type of leadership our nation urgently needs right now. Following this, I was cleared and received the presidential nomination form I had previously paid for.

I would like to commend the screening committee, led by former governor Sam Egwu, for their thorough and professional approach. Additionally, I appreciate our party's leadership for upholding the democratic process.

Personally, I would rather leave a relationship where my partner cheats than cheat back because of my own values. I don’t cheat in relationships, and I don’t support adultery in marriage either. It is wrong for both parties, whether husband or wife.
