Every successful company has clearly defined values, a mission, and a vision.
Values guide its direction. The vision defines where it wants to go. The mission outlines what it needs to do to get there.
But the same principle applies to us as individuals.
Principle No. 2 in Robert Cialdini’s Persuasion is “Commitment and Consistency.”
