Why the DOJ is right to sue MN over in-state tuition for illegal aliens & why you should care. Many say they're wrong because lower tuition helps Dreamers. Do we care for U.S. citizens whose parents make choices that hurt their college prospects? Read: https://t.co/XpgPBTHUIN
How is intelligence defined? I have a hobby. AI continually gets dumber about it. If I didn't know it was giving false info, I'd take the info as gospel, as so many do. Then I'd split the bad info back into the world, deepening the cycle. Nobody's life is in danger if AI is idiotic about my hobby. But what about medicine, geopolitics, finance, etc.? If people using AI aren't smart/educated enough to know when AI's wrong, it's a giant beta test of a glitchy product on which people's lives and livelihoods will increasingly depend. As human education continues to decline in quality and outcomes, the consequences will be serious. None of this fits my definition of intelligence.
Or not. Haberman has a Pulitzer and Swan has an Emmy for anti Trump content, even if untrue like the Pulitzer Haberman's NYT team got for Russiagate coverage. A "journalist" willing to accept awards for screwed reporting has no scruples but has every reason to invent stories, especially when nobody is held accountable for lying if Trump is the target.
@RealAlexJones One wonders how much it costs to buy a person's soul. Jones, Carlson, Kelly, Owens are going to make sure Vance doesn't win the 2028 election. It's the entire reason for their insane content. This is clear to me, and I'm not even a Zionist.
@mattvanswol@AOC It is the absolute height of entitled arrogance to have another human being holding an umbrella over you while your arms aren't just free, they're crossed. And she thinks she's "relatable."
I'm very sorry for your loss.
I'm suspicious of recommended cancer treatments after knowing people with very different cancers who were aggressively sold on aggressive treatment. My husband's cancer was extremely rare, an absolute death sentence. He was given 6 weeks to live without treatment, up to 3 years with. He treated. Died 4 horrific weeks later. They had to stop treatment after torturing him, citing ethical reasons "the treatment is killing him faster than the cancer." Research after his death showed that nobody with his cancer has ever lived more than a few weeks, even with treatment. We weren't told this.
The other case: 82 year old woman with stage 1a uterine cancer. Major surgery. Got it all but still aggressively suggested aggressive chemo. Began to feel like she had chemo salesmen instead of doctors. They overinflated reoccurrence rates (first said 100%, then 50% after staging, but their own studies showed less than 10%). Underrated side effects (told her she'd still be able to work 3 jobs during chemo--a nurse told her the truth). A family medical professional who works extensively with cancer patients researched and advised against treatment because in early stage cancer in an elderly patient, chemo side effects are more likely to be deadly than the cancer. She's healthy and cancer free years later.
I heard a stat that up to 85% of an oncologist's salary is from chemo drugs. I hope that's not true, but it sure feels like it is.
@KendallQuallsMN I believe you're the one who has a snowball's chance to beat Klobuchar. However, I (and many voters here) need specifics on exactly how you plan to turn MN around. We know where we've been & where we are now. Please tell us specifically how you'll help us get where we should be.
Not ignoring fraud. Anyone who lived through Franken/Coleman recounts knows it's here, and I'm sure it's worse now. Yet in the Minnesota I've lived in my entire life, I'm surrounded by people who watch network news, read the StarTribune and think it's all true because "it's in the paper." Suicidal empathy is a disease here driven by greed but propped up by guilt. These low information voters along with the leftist activist class that has lead to stolen land proclamations in public schools, the nation's most gruesome abortion laws, and a sanctuary state for trans youth are driving blue power here. I believe they'd win most of the time without cheating, it'd just be closer.
@KatTimpf Grief isn't a pity party. It's human. I told a man I'm a widow. He asked how long. "2 years" I said. "So, you're not over it yet?" he said. I had no words. Wanted to scream, "All my girlfriends, brother in law, husband & father died in 4 years, so NOT OVER IT!" Loss is forever.
Dana Loesch: โGod has ordered His church to care for widows, that widows be included, so they are not isolated, to protect widows, to care for widows, to not persecute a widow in the most ungodly ways, because you're jealous that you are not the one controlling an organization that that widow's husband built.โ

You fail to say why the endorsement isn't "worth" enough. If it's known to have little worth, nobody should pledge to abide by it and shame others for not pledging the same. Now the first thing that comes to mind about Demuth is that her word isn't worth much. Whether or not the endorsement has worth becomes irrelevant. I usually find value in your content, but this was contortionist-level twisting to make Demuth seem right for her actions because you support her. All of this infighting takes our eyes off the prize you speak of: the general election. I don't have a dog in this fight beyond a sincere need to not hear the words "Governor Klobuchar." You clearly do.
Jimmy Dore insults Erika Kirk right in front of Tucker Carlson, and Tucker stays silent. Strange, considering sheโs the wife of one of his best friends.
@LauraRBelin@daveweigel That is only true if the mother wants the baby. If she doesn't want it, that fact alone turns a baby into human garbage. You don't know what you're talking about.
