Today is the 85th anniversary of the Fire Raid and Pipe Major Shaun T took part in the commemoration organised by @NIWarMemorial. 23 soldiers were killed at @CampbellCollege and 11 are interred in the City Cemetery. We paid our respects to those buried there. @CadetsinSchools

Members of Campbell College’s Bugles,Pipes and Drums took part in the Irish Guards Freedom of Bangor Parade with 1st and 2nd NI Bn Army Cadet Force - it was an absolute honour to be invited. Everyone did brilliantly and were a credit to their units.
That’s it for Ex Campbell Reflect 2025…a final visit to St Marks @UnlockingYpres to commemorate the @OldCampbellians and the others who fell during World War 1. Two are buried close by in the town @BLieutenancy.

Members of the shooting team were at Bisley and paid a visit to Brookwood Military Cemetery. OC 853 Maj William Deane is buried there - a member of Alden’s House and a former member of the 1st XV 1911-1912. Two other OCs are also commemorated there - Louden 2265 and Brown 2365.
Speech Day at Campbell College is always the highlight of the year and the Campbell College Bugles, Pipes and Drums again took centre stage to perform for the guests. We had the largest number of Band members for many years. Farewell to Mr Robinson who retires after 13 years.
After #ArmedForcesDay yesterday we held our summer BBQ at CCB - an opportunity to thank current band members and their families, present gifts to our leavers and practice for Speech Day. We also presented jackets to our members. Thanks to all our U6 now @OldCampbellians
