The first review is in for The Concert Hall Killer… And it’s a doozy!!

Thank you very, very much @natashahwrites and @TheSun for the very, very kind words.

🚨 ONE WEEK TO GO KLAXON 🚨

I’m unimaginably excited that The Concert Hall Killer is published in just SEVEN days. This was a lot of fun.

Serial killers, TV dramas, bingo and biscuits. It’s got the LOT!

So many books, so little time. Here's a selection of some of our favourites in this week's column. @Bookish_Becky @neillancaster66 @JDWhitelaw13 @williamjtodd

[Alex Hawley @HawleyReviews]

This afternoon I am publishing the final part of the @BloodyScotland spring book group, Graham Greene's Brighton Rock advocated for by @JDWhitelaw13 was the classic for this session. https://t.co/TqgDp5LZnY

Rounded off a busy week of events last night with a talk about creative writing 101 at our local “Brains and Brews” event.

A real treat to be part of a bill that’s included fitness experts, lawyers and archaeologists to name a few. A brilliant initiative!

[Jonathan Whitelaw @JDWhitelaw13]

What an absolute hoot to be on the
@BloodyScotland Book Club with some fantastic writers and critics.

Felt like we did a proper tour of the UK coastline, from Cornwall to Wester Ross by way of Brighton!

And the good news is, you can catch up here! https://t.co/d3YZMSKEVZ

A very, VERY special publisher that’s filled with heart, unending enthusiasm and the absolute best people.

I’m immensely proud and privileged to be a @HarperNorthUK author and this is but a small part of the recognition the team deserves! 👏👏👏

Sending all of my love to #baytales24. Fate conspired against me gracing the sunny shores of Whitley Bay. So my (now out of date) T-Shirt will have to do.

Have a wonderful time everyone!

[Jonathan Whitelaw @JDWhitelaw13]

A fresh dollop of @cbrookmyre in the middle of the week? Don't mind if I do!

[Jonathan Whitelaw @JDWhitelaw13]

Oooh look at this lovely new video for The Concert Hall Killer!

A huge thanks again to all the lovely authors who have seen it super early. Not only have they been immeasurably kind, but they’ve also said such nice things.

[Jonathan Whitelaw @JDWhitelaw13]

Who makes your crime fiction MOUNT RUSHMORE?

(Four authors that you would rank among the best of all-time)

[Jonathan Whitelaw @JDWhitelaw13]

On the back of yesterday's cover reveal - here are some lovely words from some even lovelier people!
