UTAH COUNTY IS LYING THROUGH THEIR TEETH ABOUT APPREHENDING TYLER ROBINSON (in my opinion) and THE OFFICIAL COURT DOCUMENTS PROVE IT!

The Probable Cause statement and the Information contradict one another as to when Tyler Robinson "turned himself in."

As you will see below, the Probable Cause statement alleges that "When encountered in-person by investigators in WASHINGTON COUNTY on September 12th, EARLY MORNING HOURS, Robinson was observed in consistent clothing with the surveillance images."

HOWEVER, the Information alleges that "Over the next approximately 33 hours, police conducted a manhunt for the shooter until THE EVENING OF SEPTEMBER 11, 2025, when Tyler James Robinson surrendered to police AT THE WASHINGTON COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE."

So which is it? I certainly suspect the Information is the correct (or at least mostly correct) statement of fact. Without going into detail on my reasoning for believing the Information to be correct, it is obvious that the "33 hour manhunt" statement (made by the FBI as well as state authorities) could only be true if Tyler was apprehended on the evening of September 11th (technically 9:23 p.m. on the 11th would be the 33 hour mark).

I think this creates a huge issue for the prosecution (if properly challenged) because it calls many things into question. I will be conducting a livestream tonight to cover my position on all this.
