What about the weather? We will proceed with the Festival. I follow the Washington Post Capital Weather Gang @capitalweather who is now calling for showers throughout the night, clearing by mid-morning on Saturday. Uncomfortable humidity, yes, but not enough rain to cancel!

Weather for the Festival? The @capitalweather now says only 20% chance of rain...more likely later in the day on Saturday. Temps not even 90º but uncomfortable humidity. Joe says: "It could turn into a nice day. It's always hot on Festival Day, but we always have a great time!"
