When you think of the Chesapeake Bay, you may think of crabs and oysters. While those are iconic Chesapeake critters, the watershed spans over 64,000 square miles, and is home to over 3,600 species of plants and animals. From the headwater streams in New York, to the open ocean in Virginia, the watershed provides habitat that attracts migrations from as far as the Arctic Circle, and gives life to some of nature’s most unique creatures.
Join us on this journey to explore this wildlife with our new video series, “Animals Upstream.” https://t.co/AeS2I6JcOO
