Coaching Responsibilities:
- Building structured practice plans
- Leading VOD reviews with clear teaching points
- Helping develop map pool + strat book
- Tracking player progress weekly
- Providing honest, constructive feedback
- Helping build discipline, comms, and mid‑round decision-making

Coaching Requirements:
- Must be active and consistent
- Must understand macro, fundamentals, and role structure
- Must be able to teach, not just spectate
- Must be patient with a developing roster
- Must be willing to grow with the team long-term

Substitutes:
- Must be available for scrims when needed
- Must be willing to learn and follow team strats
- Must stay active in VOD reviews and team meetings
- Must have a positive, team‑first mindset
- Must be coachable and open to feedback
- Must have no ego, no toxicity, and maintain good discipline

Former Atlantis Academy | LFO

We are the former Atlantis Academy roster, currently LFO and continuing to compete within the U18 side of Rainbow Six Siege. Our team is committed to staying active in the NA circuit, building structure, and developing long‑term synergy while we prepare for higher‑level opportunities once eligible.

Although we cannot participate in 18+ events, we’ve consistently pushed ourselves through every league and qualifier available to us. As a roster, we’ve participated in XGS Qualifiers, Packrunner Qualifiers, AGL events (x2), and M1 Grands. Across league play, we’ve qualified for playoffs in both Titan Hand League and VirTue Open League (as Nexus Zero), showing consistency in longer formats. In weekend events, we’ve secured a Top 4 finish in Neon Shore and Top 7 in StX, demonstrating our ability to perform under pressure and adapt quickly in fast‑paced brackets.

We’re looking for an organization or long‑term project that values structure, development, and competitive growth. Our team brings discipline, experience across multiple circuits, and a strong drive to keep improving every season. If you’re building a roster focused on progression and results, we’re ready to represent.

Recently just got here, proud of the work these girls put in every day in and out of the server. The effort is real, the commitment is real, and the hunger to improve shows up in every scrim, every review, and every conversation.

What impressed me most is how much they want to grow, they want to compete, and they’re willing to do the uncomfortable work that actually leads to progress.

We’re still early in the journey, but the growth is already stronger than people realize. With time, discipline, and the right pieces, this roster can become something special.

I’m extremely grateful for the opportunity to join @Atlsect / @AtlsectR6 and become part of an organization that truly believes in its players. Being welcomed into a team with strong goals and ambition means a lot to me, and I’m excited to start this new chapter surrounded by people who want to grow and compete.
