@_genesismoon I have a long revolving list of people who like to receive postcards, so if Our like let me know and I will put you on the list 😅
Normally one post card every 2-3 years comes.from.that, depending on my mood :)
@AlfieJapanorama @savvykenya I have seen the region and been to Gaza - as opposed to many who talk a lot here. It is all horrible, it is a tragedy, it is disgusting.
However, I would not feel like I have any solutions to offer in this mess. The conflict is little understood by most and details matter :/
@mrshobutt I somehow feel.i am at the middle.ground which leads me to *still* not have been infected while the don't care fraction is confused me wearing a mask or asking for thesis while the careful ones think I am bonkers for doing things outside and having visitors 😬🙈
@winterwoman112@savvykenya I really did not at all discuss any of this. But making people work only to be able to eat and nothing else is horrible.
I am a bit confused that this all is interpreted into the opinion that people should be fed regardless of their capitalistic usefullness.
@winterwoman112@savvykenya Obviously? If you have food those who need food should get it.
Burning 40% of all food or making it into fuel is not acceptable, as it is done in western countries currently.
@savvykenya@winterwoman112 No. Everyone should be able to get enough food. I oppose the idea of linking it to an income because that means that people.without income are okay to not have food.
@winterwoman112@savvykenya Also good is obviously not a national topic and has not been for decades. Food is a worldwide distribution problem. I am happy to discuss what the global north has to do about it (much), right after we agree on not letting people starve to death as a precondition.
@winterwoman112@savvykenya You are mistaking me with something you made up. I am no stupid idiot that wants to tell anyone how to work. I just feel like it is not right to let people starve. You are making a point that people should starve? Where tf are you going with this?
@winterwoman112@savvykenya No. Linking work to food as a first thought is narrow minded.
Everybody everywhere should have enough food and the planet provides enough.
Otherwise people without work die. That is a great capitalist position, but I refuse to see that as a standard.
