Second Suspect Arrested in 24‑Year Cold Case
FRISCO, TX – On May 8, 2026, at approximately 7:45 a.m., members of the Frisco Police Department working in coordination with the Waxahachie Police Department, arrested 57‑year‑old Waxahachie resident Keith Hart on a murder warrant connected to a 24‑year‑old cold case.
Investigators with the Frisco Police Department have continued to make significant progress in a 24‑year‑old cold case homicide. This progress is a result from time, commitment and cooperation by key-witnesses.
This arrest is connected to the 2002 murder of Plano resident Frank Weiss, who was found dead near Lake Lewisville within the Frisco city limits.
