Day 29 completed of a mile run every day this month to raise awareness for mental health. Slightly emotionally, been an incredible month. Can’t wait to run with Russ tomorrow, genuinely the most nervous I’ve felt for years! Just Know you are not alone and your loved on this earth

Day 29 completed of a 5KM run every day for mental health. Going to be truthful not had the best days mentally but a run and fresh air truly helped so much. Remember to never give up, even if you try something and fail you will have another 100 chances to try again. Keep battling

Day 4 completed of training for my marathon for mental health. 10K done over today. Truthfully this afternoon is probably the lowest I’ve felt for months, but nothing has happened. Mental health can be confusing but the best thing to do is to open up and speak out. Keep battling!

Second longest run I’ve ever done! 8 miles and day 6 completed of my marathon for mental health training! Legs are gone but something that isn’t is the stigma of speaking about mental health. It’s not childish or weak to speak out- speaking helps so much. Keep going and battling!
