@lawsomepup My point is that whether you're talking about LGBTQ, racial minorities, the poor, etc the likelihood of being screwed is pretty much the same. And I attribute that to petty infighting and our flawed 2 party system that prevents viable 3rd party alternatives.

The vacant rate in NYC has actually gone up in recent years (granted partially due to pied a terre units)
