@qantas is just not getting any better. Just to fly back from Sydney to Perth, I had to endure this
- initial flight cancelled for ops reasons
- rebooked flight delayed by 20 hrs
- re-rebooked flight via Adl and they try to charge $100 extra
- re-re-rebooked flight delayed
@SingaporeAir That sounds nice, but there are supposed to at least confirm the case within 24 hours. It has been total silence since @swissport has accepted the claim. I would have expected so much better from @SingaporeAir ...
Really disappointed with @SingaporeAir total lack of response to a damaged baggage claim. Claim was submitted at arrival in YVR and subsequent via SQ website. Almost 2 weeks later no response whatsoever...
Wonder whether this will solicit a response. #singaporeairlines
