Drawing over requires them to redraw every frame, with different skins changing how things are animated as clothing & shading is animation. They have a limited budget & a set amount of animators, those people & time are needed for animating new characters.

There's no evidence megaflare was going to or was meant to destroy Midgar & Aerith helped him. The crystal doesn't matter, Cloud can't take Noctis' power from him.

Just provide an example of Clouds physical strength equal to stopping a 500 foot 48k ton giant. You've given me Cloud slices debris & Seph used telekinesis to throw a building.

Dont know, he was using telekinesis we have no idea how it translates to physical strength. I really don't want to get into a powerscaling debate 😂

@keiichimorisato @TarsisGMS @dansomacritic It's not a hard timer, how you play impacts atb recharge. In general blocking slows it down attacking speeds it up. Moves like disorder & focused strike when used properly refund atb. Materia and ability combinations can let you completely bypass the "timer."
