Anybody with an apartment that faces sunward should immediately purchase a balcony solar panel array and a battery. Proper scheduling of charging and usage will save them money and save the New York grid a small amount of peak demand, multiplied by however many people can afford to do this.

I wonder if it will be possible to audit anything more than federal elections in California, or any other state for that matter. If false driver ID plus voter registration cards mass manufactured in China are implicated in multiple elections and multiple states will that be enough to bring in the FBI? If international hackers are demonstrated to be actively modifying vote counts and tabulated results will that bring in the NSA or some other network security agency? Just what will it take, besides a decision by someone in authority to make a federal investigation POSSIBLE? LEGALLY tight and straight investigation, charges, arrests, trial and sentencing possible?
