@AvantiWestCoast - I’m due to travel on the 9:33 from Euston to Stockport - there’s just been an absolute stampede for the 8:33 and no seat reservations are being honoured. It’s not important that I travel today so can I change my ticket to another day?

@AvantiWestCoast my daughter is stuck on the 17:30 from Glasgow to Euston which is stuck outside Carlisle. There’s no food on the train and the shop isn’t opened because of staff shortages. They won’t get in until 1:30am apparently - will the shop be opened at any point?

@AvantiWestCoast Hi - I don’t want to cancel, Avanti is cancelling my train because of the storm. It’s the point about being able to rebook after the current reward seat voucher expiry date that I wanted to check.
@AvantiWestCoast I have a Club Avanti reward seat booked from Euston to Glasgow tomorrow. The eligibility expires on Sunday 26 Jan but, because of the cancellations, can I rebook that to 21 Feb? That is the next time I can reschedule my trip to. Thanks!

Please can I get an answer to the Private Message I sent? Otherwise I shall raise a formal complaint with you and then escalate to the Consumer Council for Water (CCW). It’s not acceptable to block discounts for low income customers in this way.
@thameswater My 22 yo daughter just got her first studio flat. She told you she was on her own- your operator didn’t put her on the Single Occupier Tariff so she called back but got bounced round 4 people. Now told it’ll be 23 Jan 2024 before she can be eligible! Please help!
