@ffeenixcks Etrian Odyssey games generally do exactly four:
25% of the dungeon is fighting A,B in mixed packs.
25% of the dungeon is meeting C alongside A and B.
25% of the dungeon is meeting D alongside A and B.
the final quarter is "oh no, I have to fight C and D at the same time now."
@ffeenixcks make the one-off sprites as edits of existing sprites + body parts and bits, like how Romancing SaGa 2 does! (I really enjoyed how much enemy variety it achieved with this, both playing the older remaster and the new remake)
@BeneceaDraws the left is cuter, but the right looks more like she's actually listening to you and wants you to keep talking, so it better depicts the emotion of "I'm all ears" when you use it as a sticker
@LaniakeaAI (I spent a little bit internally workshopping what would be the funniest 'obviously incorrect emotion to be cued up by a morning in the park where there were ducks')
I installed a box high up on a pole somewhere in the Mission. Inside is a crappy Android phone, set to Shazam constantly, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It's solar powered, and the mic is pointed down at the street below https://t.co/8D4yYNBPgu
