We have completed our last ‘solo’ walk. 27.22 absolutely gruelling miles. The hardest thing we’ve ever done without a shadow of a doubt.
Help us out tomorrow https://t.co/zCibSDeIDM
@bootlegger1974 Morning captain, these lads are on a proper grueller of a walk. London to Altrincham, 210 miles in memory of 3 month old Lara.
Last big 30 mile day today from Stoke to Knutsford & 20k raised. @FromLondon4Lara

We are 5.5 miles into our day today and whilst stopping for our first of many breaks we got an incredible lift by seeing the pot reach £20,000.
Thank you all for your support https://t.co/6QYSjcNBZv
Just as we were hitting the usual lull of the final 5 miles we’ve been met by the cavalry with supplies and company. What an amazing pick me up.
And no Beechy isn’t doing a zombie impression in the background https://t.co/x39uuqWsHL
We’ve completed day 5. Smaller day but without the hardest yet. Morale is low but the donations and your kind messages are keeping us going https://t.co/DQhc704kDs
Wow what a morning we have had thanks to your donations.
£1,000 just this morning alone to take us to £17,000.
It’s a good job the donation page moves faster than we do. Thank you all so much https://t.co/SI5Z1qcBsh
I’ve seen Jimmy Anderson do a few good deliveries but none of them are anywhere near as good as this one by @dchowarth86. What a legend https://t.co/r7P2Faw4ci
Day 4 is finished after 22.65 miles. Today had it all; rain, thunderstorms, farmer’s fields and near death experiences on B roads https://t.co/YA0ZAZcHCT
We have reached the 100 mile mark. Not only were we not coordinated enough to spell out 100 with our hands but we also did it backwards https://t.co/MhT0FBYnOe
Here’s a lesson of peaks and troughs. We just celebrated seeing our first sign to Birmingham, but then realised that means we’re still about 110 miles away. Half way through today though @ Rugby, Warwickshire https://t.co/MriBeJHKOQ
All in aid of @LullabyTrust, in 26 degree heat for 3 month old Lara
