@deepigoyal When I tried again, the window had closed.

The delay was clearly not from my side. I’ve already tried Customer Care and posted about this on X, but haven’t received a resolution. I’d really appreciate it if you could have the case reviewed and the return reopened.

@letsblinkit @blinkitcares I need help with a return issue. The item was within the return window when I first contacted Customer Care. However, due to a system glitch, they were unable to create the return request and asked me to try again later.

@deepigoyal
Hi Mr. Goyal, I’m reaching out for help with a Blinkit return issue. I had contacted Customer Care while the item was still within the return window, but due to a system glitch they couldn’t create the return and asked me to try again later.

This is a clear violation of Consumer Protection Act (deficiency in service & unfair trade practice).

I DO NOT want replacement anymore. Issue FULL REFUND immediately.

@flipkartsupport This is unacceptable.

Defective Timemore C3S grinder delivered (21 Mar). Replacement raised on 26 Mar & accepted. You failed to ship it, then CANCELLED it on 30 Mar (11:40 PM) after return window closed.

So now I’m stuck with a defective product worth ₹5000+

@zomatocare Hello
I haven’t heard anything from you yet. Please find attached the screen shots:
I didn’t get the NeuCard cash back for two payments made on 15 June and 17 June

[Suvayu @FromSuvayu]

@zomato @zomatocare

On 15 June, I ordered from Haka and the bill amount was rs. 1514.22
I paid through HDFC Neo card which was eligible for 10% cash back and the cash back amount has to reflect in my Zomato account. I haven’t got the cash back yet. Order ID: 6980730823

[Suvayu @FromSuvayu]

@DeepikaBhardwaj It is mentioned clearly in the first page point 21 that the amount is interim maintenance /monetary relief from the date of filing of the case till the decision date.
Your point portrays this amount as an alimony which is not.

[Suvayu @FromSuvayu]

@ZeptoNow you have started cheating customers. I have ordered for 24 pieces of eggs and paid for the same. you have delivered 10 pieces.
I need my money back as you aren’t able to fulfil my order.

[Suvayu @FromSuvayu]

I called customer care today as well. But no luck.

[Suvayu @FromSuvayu]

@MyLloydIndia @MyLloydCare360 I purchased split AC in March 2024. It’s not even 2 months, the water started leaking. I logged a complain through customer care. Though they told me that technician would attend with 24 to 48 hours. It’s almost 30 hours and I didn’t get any call.

[Suvayu @FromSuvayu]

@OneCardHelp DM you my registered mobile number.

[Suvayu @FromSuvayu]

[Suvayu @FromSuvayu]

@JioCare I need one help. I have one JIO no. 8777877235. I recharged it earlier but forgot to recharge it recently. Yesterday I tried to recharge but getting error. I called JIO customer care and got to know that no. has been deactivated but it is still allocated in my name

[Suvayu @FromSuvayu]

I want to activate it. It is my old number and I don’t want to loose it. I took this number with my Aadhaar card -the last 4 digit 6968. Currently I’m out of station and will be back to my home town Noida on 02 May. Please let me know how to activate this again.

[Suvayu @FromSuvayu]

@shoppersstop Call me on 9810217158 anytime today. I’m free

[Suvayu @FromSuvayu]

@shoppersstop I have purchased 4 items & total Amt Rs. 10,109.00. I’m returning all these as the fit wasn’t good. ShoppersStop Skymark store is saying they will issue credit note and not to (original) payment mode. I need to use that within 6 months. Why I will block my money
