I would say that it was a few centuries before that. One can argue that this was bankruptcy and appropriation through inquisition.

EFF piloted the phrase "Superior Logic" onto the SA political landscape. Their superior logic consisted of disruption of opponents' speeches, anarchy & utter contempt of others' right of speech. Now PAC goes into GNU with promises of "Superior Logic". What does that mean?
