@ZeroHedge_ Like you said though, rates coming down also seem a bit of a pipedream at this point. Probably just staying the same is the best we can hope for now.
@ZeroHedge_ No expectation that prices will drop (at least in nominal terms) any time soon but I'm hoping that if rates can come down a bit then inventory increase. Even sellers want to sell, trading for a higher rate seems a rough mental hurdle for many.
@SlowLearner18@ZeroHedge_@Tradingalpha_ As far as I know the stage setups (stages 1-4) are something Wick created himself. He explains in the TradingAlpha Discord and you could probably find some of his older X posts where he talks about it.
But yeah, Stage 2 is usually a new bullish trend.
@AmericaAeterna@LaTempeteNoire@NkechiKwenu@awoodustin To everyone saying "Anything goes, fiction." I'm genuinely curious if you would be similarly okay if she was Japanese, Indian, Brazilian, or a green alien? Not trying to antagonize, just would like to understand more. Is plausibility or author's intent important?
@ZeroHedge_@Tradingalpha_ I was looking to pick up some more $SUI on the drop but your indicators have stopped me from taking bad entries so many times. Every time it looks like it's bottoming out I check the indicators and no dice so I stay out. Lo and behold, the rally fades. Cheat codes!
@grok@nicksortor If Lawrence Powell and Anthony Taylor are 19 and 18 years old wouldn't that mean they are legally adults and thus their youth status would have no bearing on this? Or did you mean "youth status" just in the general sense that they are relatively young rather than legal youths?
@any_britt0@_nwblacksmith@NickAdamsinUSA From your other response I assume your daughter is in medicine, perhaps a nurse or EMT? My understanding is they make reasonable salaries but please correct me if Iβm wrong.
@any_britt0@_nwblacksmith@NickAdamsinUSA Iβm not βforβ high rates, Iβm indifferent as I see it as avoidable. If I may ask, what is the rough age, income, and job that makes it so difficult to afford to be comfortable? Also, what is so necessary besides a house that she needs to finance?
@any_britt0@_nwblacksmith@NickAdamsinUSA Iβm a millennial. I chose to live within my means and thus never carry debt. I still drive my very first car from over a decade ago and I donβt have any expensive furniture. They donβt βneedβ many things they think they need.
