The founding fathers founded this county on Judeo Christian beliefs. Many christian beliefs can be found in our constitution. Many people dont see it because they grew up with it thinking it was just how the government works.
Those who spearhead the abolish the constitution notably do not have Christian beliefs. They are communist like the socialist party or they are Muslim like Ilhan Omar. They wish to destroy this country because we stand for something they do not belive in.

What does it mean to be compassionate?

Forgiveness? Mercy? A second chance? It all sounds so kind. But what is it actually. If you forgive someone untrustworthy all you get is betrayal. If you show mercy to someone undeserving you get cruelty. If you give a lier a second chance they reach for a fourth.

At which point does compassion become apathy? We are told to be compassionate by those appealing to our morals, morals they do not reciprocate.

Do not offer your compassion to those who mistreat it. For true compassion has no victims. It has forgiveness, mercy, and second chances for both sides. Compassion only works when it is given both ways not stolen.

So be compassionate to those who need it. So be mournful to those who do not have it. And prey for those with good intentions.
