@viagogo are a joke. Sent alternative tickets without agreeing, worth a LOT less and worse seats. Agreed to let me return the tickets and refund, only to get the tickets back then refuse the refund! No tickets, no money, nothing! Told me no refund, decision final! @viagogo_UK

I would honestly advise no one ever uses this company. Nightmare from start to finish and its clear they're trying to keep the money. How hard is it to process a refund. Nearly £700! @viagogo @viagogo_corp @viagogo_UK @viagogo I will be reporting this and raising with my bank!
