I made a natural hair workbook and planner to help you organize your hair care journey and provide instructions for maintaining your natural hair. I based it on my own hair care regimen that allowed me to grow my hair to waist length.

I am redesigning my planner! The updated version will be a more thorough guide on how to structure your routine and what products to use.
Leave in Conditioners🧴
Are often formulated THE SAME as rinse out conditioners.
It is very possible that not all hair textures require this step, but if your hair likes it.. KEEP DOING IT!✅✅
BUILD UP!💩
Oil/ Sebum build up will cause your hair to repel water if you DO use oils use a SHAMPOO. 🧴
(Not a Cowash, not a cleansing conditioner) ❌
as these are specially Formulated with surfactants that BIND to oil and are able to be washed away!💦🚿
Lets keep in mind that I did this "new" method in 2017. For a very long time without prompt from a stylist, I just liked a gel/glycerin combo in my hair. Then changed back to oils I liked because it worked for me. Its your hair, not someone else's. <3
Good morning,
Do what works for your hair. If you don't want to wear a wash and go, then you don't have too. If you are happy with your hair, stick with that. If you want to change it, do that. I never have to have someone agree with me to do what I want.
